Ask out
Meaning:
To invite someone on a date.
To invite someone to go with you somewhere socially, because you have romantic feelings for the person.
Example:
He asked her out to dinner last night.
She said she was going to ask him out to lunch.
Break up
Meaning:
To end a romantic relationship.
If people break up, they stop having a relationship or stop working together.
Example:
They decided to break up after five years together.
He's just broken up with his girlfriend.
Get along
Meaning:
To have a good relationship with someone.
To have a friendly relationship with someone.
Example:
I get along really well with my colleagues.
She and her sister have never really gotten along.
Go out with
Meaning:
To be in a romantic relationship with someone.
To spend time with someone and have a romantic or sexual relationship with them.
Example:
She’s been going out with him for a few months now.
Tom has been going out with Lucy for six weeks.
Let down
Meaning:
To disappoint someone.
If you let someone down, you disappoint them, by not doing something that you have said you will do or that they expected you to do.
Example:
He let her down by forgetting her birthday.
If something lets you down, it is the reason you are not as successful as you could have been.
Look up to
Meaning:
To admire or respect someone.
If you look up to someone, especially someone older than you, you respect and admire them.
Example:
She has always looked up to her older brother.
He'd always looked up to his uncle.

What Are Phrasal Verbs?
Phrasal verbs are multi-word expressions consisting of a verb and one or more particles (either a preposition or an adverb). Together, they form a meaning that is often different from the verb’s original meaning.
Structure of Phrasal Verbs:
Verb + Preposition
Example: Look after some text
Meaning: To take care of someone or something.
Sentence: "I need to look after my younger brother today."
Verb + Adverb
Example: Give up some text
Meaning: To stop doing something.
Sentence: "She decided to give up smoking."
Verb + Adverb + Preposition
Example: Get away with some text.
Meaning: To escape punishment for something.
Sentence: "He got away with cheating on the test."
