Break down
Meaning:
To separate into parts for better understanding.
To destroy something or make it disappear, especially a particular feeling or attitude that someone has.

Catch up on
Meaning:
To do something you haven’t had time to do.
To spend extra time doing something because you have not done it earlier.
Example:
I need to catch up on my emails this weekend.
I have a lot of work to catch up on.
Cut back on
Meaning:
To reduce the amount of time spent on something.
To spend less, do less, or use less of something.
Example:

Meaning:
To postpone or delay something.
To delay or move an activity to a later time, or to stop or prevent someone from doing something.
Example:
